Shipping & Returns

Shipping

If your order is $200 or more (or equivalent in other currency) we ship for free.  If not, a shipping charge will automatically be added to your order.

We ship worldwide from the UK via international courier on a tracked service, with signature on delivery.

We aim to ship within 1 working day of receipt of your order, but this may take longer if there are any questions over sizing or another aspect of your order that we want to take care of before we ship.

Courier and tracking number details are sent via email as soon as shipment has left.

Shipments take approximately 1 working day to UK, and 2-4 working days for Europe, USA and rest of world.


Returns

All returns must be postmarked within twenty eight (28) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and have original tags attached, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommed our UPS Return Shipping service.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hemmed jeans or pants
